Alex Jet Aviation Services, trading as Alexjet Aircraft & Requisites Leasing L.L.C. and part of Alex Group Investment, secured air operator's certificate (AOC) #UAE-AOC-AT-066 from the Emirati General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) with a Global Express XRS. Simultaneously, Falcon Luxe, the group's executive jet charter division, added a first Global 7500, while Falcon Executive Aviation, another entity within Alex Group Investment, announced plans to develop a new fixed-base operation (FBO) at Ras al Khaimah International.

Unveiled at the Dubai Airshow 2025, the new certification, pursued since late 2024, enables Falcon Luxe to operate Emirati-registered aircraft commercially in-house. The certificate was obtained with a 17.4-year-old, 10-seat Global Express XRS, A6-AFC (msn 9306), formerly placed on the AOC of Falcon Aviation Services (FVS, Abu Dhabi Bateen).

The group anticipates six additional aircraft to join by early 2026, aiming for a total fleet of 15 by year-end. Alongside the Global Express XRS under the new AOC, Falcon Luxe's website lists two Global Express jets, a Legacy 650, and a G450 inducted in July, all Emirati-registered and operated under Falcon Aviation Services' AOC.

Falcon Luxe further announced the addition of a 6.5-year-old Global 7500, T7-AFZ (msn 70030), displayed in the company's static display at Dubai World Central. The ultra-long-range jet had been parked at London Biggin Hill between May 17 and November 4, when it ferried to Dubai World Central.

It joins the carrier's San Marino-registered fleet, which comprises four other Bombardier Business Aircraft, including two Challenger 605s and two Global 5000s. A Global Express painted in Falcon Luxe's livery does not currently appear on the website.

This Global 7500 was previously owned and operated by Nigerian industrial conglomerate Dangote Industries as N457AD, remaining active until October 2024. Formerly based at Lagos, it was listed for sale by aircraft transaction specialist Jetcraft Commercial alongside Dangote Industries' other Global-series jet, a Global Express XRS parked at London Biggin Hill since July 8.

Dangote Industries continues to operate a company-owned Challenger 605.

At the Dubai Airshow, Falcon Executive Aviation confirmed plans to develop an FBO at Ras al Khaimah International in collaboration with the airport. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027, the facility will include a 1,500-square-metre terminal, an 8,000-square-metre hangar, and 9,000 square metres of apron and aircraft parking.
