Sun PhuQuoc Airways (9G, Hanoi Gia Lam) parent Sun Group is collaborating with Hong Kong International-based MRO company HAECO, among other partners, to build a USD360 million aircraft maintenance complex at Quang Ninh. While the partnership is still in early stages, HAECO chief executive Richard Sell is banking on support from the Vietnamese government, in the form of relaxed taxes and leases, to ensure favourable conditions for further investments in the country.
