Fiji Airways (FJ, Nadi) The Civil High Court in Suva is planning to hold hearings in the long-running FJD3.2 million Fijian dollars (USD1.4 million) Israel charters lawsuit brought by Fiji Airways (FJ, Nadi) in March 2026 or shortly thereafter, subject to final scheduling. The court dismissed an application by one of the defendants, Christian Mission Fellowship International pastor Manasa Kolivuso, to add the government of Fiji and the country's attorney general to the case. As previously reported, the airline is claiming that the charterers did not pay for the flights to Israel in 2023 and the emergency repatriation following the October 2023 Hamas attack.
