FlyHouse (Van Nuys) has completed the acquisition of Sun Air Jets (SJE, Camarillo), first announced earlier this year. The deal gives FlyHouse full ownership of Sun Air Jets' assets, operations, and personnel, including a larger managed fleet, expanded hangar, ramp, and service infrastructure at Van Nuys and Camarillo, a fixed-base operation (FBO) at Camarillo, a Part 145 repair station, and more than 100 employees.
In October, a FlyHouse spokesperson told ch-aviation that both Part 135 certificates would be merged under Sun Air Jets', adding that the company plans further acquisitions in the coming months.
