German virtual start-up Air Uniqon (Friedrichshafen) has launched regular weekly flights between its base at Friedrichshafen and Berlin Brandenburg, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg, using a DHC-8-Q400 operated by air operator certificate (AOC) holder Avanti Air (ATV, Siegen). ADS-B data shows the first flights between January 12 and 17 were conducted with Avanti Air's 22.1-year-old D-AASG (msn 4087), and continued from January 23 with its 18.3-year-old sistership, D-AASH (msn 4187). Flights operate 4x weekly to Berlin and Mönchengladbach, and 3x weekly to Hamburg.
