China Cargo Airlines (CK, Shanghai Hongqiao) ​and SF Airlines (O3, Shenzhen) signed a capacity swaps memorandum of understanding (MOU) on February 1, 2026. Under the agreement, the Eastern Air Holdings subsidiary and SF Airlines will implement cooperate on the Shanghai Pudong-Los Angeles International and Shenzhen-Los Angeles routes. The pact also covers the joint development of intermodal logistics products connecting Southeast Asia to Europe and the Americas.
