Executive and medical charter and aircraft management specialist Venture Jets (Lancaster, PA) is targeting a fleet of five Pilatus PC-24s by the end of 2026, executive vice president David Posey told Private Jet Card Comparisons, with longer-term plans to expand to up to 15 aircraft of the type.
The carrier currently operates two PC-24s, the first inducted in late 2025, and expects a third Pilatus Aircraft to join within 60 days. Beyond that, Venture Jets' Part 135 certificate includes a Learjet 31, two Learjet 31As, and a Learjet 60.
Posey said expansion will centre on organ donor transport, supported by high-volume fractional ownership business to drive consistent utilisation. An as-available jet card programme will absorb surplus capacity, while any remaining capacity will be marketed to wholesale customers.
Although early demand has been concentrated on the United States East Coast, organ transplant missions regularly dispatch aircraft nationwide, particularly to Texas and the Midwest. As Venture Jets' fleet expands, Posey expects aircraft to be positioned closer to customer bases. Potential locations include Martin State in Maryland, Long Island, New York, and Florida.
