Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (Central Operations) (Port Augusta) (RFDS) has taken delivery of the world's first air ambulance-configured PC-12 PRO. The brand-new turboprop, with test registration HB-FUD (msn 3010), departed Pilatus Aircraft's production facilities at Buochs on February 25 for Adelaide International, arriving on March 3 via Irakleion, Hurghada, Muscat, Chennai, Langkawi, Surabaya, Broome, and Alice Springs. Set to be registered as VH-T3E, this is the first of five PC-12 PROs ordered by the RFDS, joining twenty-three PC-12s in earlier variants and two Pilatus PC-24s.

Pilatus Aircraft delivered the first PC-12 PRO in September, also to Australia.
