Aerovías DAP (V5, Punta Arenas International) has taken delivery of its first Tecnam P2012. T7-DAP (msn unknown) was ferried from Bolzano/Bozen via Wick, Egilsstadir, Reykjavik Domestic, Narsarsuaq, Goose Bay, Bangor International, Kinston, Sebring, Naples Municipal, Cozumel, Medellín José Maria Córdova, Guayaquil, Lima International, and Iquique to Santiago de Chile over the course of March 18-April 2, 2026. Its official handover will take place during the FIDAE air show in Santiago on April 7-11. The 9-seater will then be ferried to Punta Arenas International. The carrier plans to use the aircraft to modernise and expand its offering in southern Patagonia, particularly out of Porvenir Capitan Fuentes Martinez.
