SkyShare (CBC, Ogden) has signed an agreement with the Salt Lake City Department of Airports to operate the fixed-base operation (FBO) at Salt Lake City South Valley Regional and manage hangar and office leasing and development across approximately 650,000 square feet (60,387 square metres). The company further plans to build 50 new T-hangars and a large community box hangar, with construction scheduled to begin this year, alongside a full revamp of the FBO.

SkyShare chief executive Cory Bengtzen said the contract will help address a shortage of hangar space, with some owners currently facing waits of more than four years for availability.
