Private jet charter broker specialist TLC Jet has partnered with American Airlines, enabling members of the latter's AAdvantage program to earn miles and loyalty points when flying with TLC Jet. “We're committed to exploring new ways to elevate the journey for our customers, both through the services we offer and those provided by our partners,” said American Airlines vice chair and chief strategy officer Steve Johnson.

In late 2025, TLC Jet acquired Part 135-certified operator Privaira (PVO, Fort Lauderdale Executive). At the time, founder Justin Firestone told ch-aviation that the company aims to become one of the 10 largest United States-based operators by managed fleet size within the next three to five years.
