Flexjet (Ireland) (FXJ) has applied to the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) for a foreign air carrier permit (FACP) and an exemption to operate passenger and cargo charter services between the European Union and the United States, as well as other points beyond, using small aircraft. Flexjet Ireland's air operator's certificate (AOC) was secured in late 2025 with a single Praetor 600, which remains the company's sole aircraft. Both Flexjet Operations (Malta) and Flexjet Operations (United Kingdom) already hold United States FACPs.
