Qanot Sharq (HH, Tashkent International) has tentatively moved the launch of its planned 2x weekly Tashkent International-New York JFK service to June 3, 2026, from May 3, although reservations remain unavailable. The Uzbek carrier plans to operate the route using its A330-200 fleet.

The airline applied to the United States Department of Transportation for a scheduled foreign air carrier permit in October 2025, covering planned services between Uzbekistan and the US.
