Air Cairo (SM, Cairo International) has expanded its Hajj charter network to new markets and will transport pilgrims from Germany and Niger. The airline commenced its seasonal pilgrimage charter operations by operating its first flight from Milan Malpensa on May 12, 2026. The airline will operate 11 chartered flights to carry approximately 1,500 pilgrims from various Italian cities to Saudi Arabia in May.
