In terms of new orders:
- May 4: Azorra ordered six A220-300s;
- May 13: an undisclosed customer ordered twenty A320-200Ns and fifty A321-200Ns;
- May 14: Cathay Pacific Aircraft Services ordered two A350Fs;
- May 18: China Southern Airlines (CZ, Guangzhou) ordered twenty-three A320-200Ns and seventy-nine A321-200Ns;
- May 19: Lufthansa (LH, Frankfurt International) ordered ten A350-900s;
- May 26: Air China Cargo (CA, Beijing Capital) ordered four A350Fs;
- May 28: AirAsia (AK, Kuala Lumpur International) ordered 150 A220-300s;
- May 28: Xiamen Airlines (MF, Xiamen) ordered thirty-five A321-200Ns.
The OEM also recorded the cancellation of orders for seven A220-300s and fifteen A330-900Ns.
