Cebu Pacific Air (5J, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) and Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) will resume flights between Manila Ninoy Aquino International and Dubai International on July 2 and October 2, 2026, respectively. Each carrier will operate 4x weekly flights. Cebu Pacific currently serves the Middle East with flights to Riyadh, while Philippine Airlines operates services to Riyadh and recently relaunched flights to Doha Hamad International.
