Malindo Air (Kuala Lumpur International) has taken delivery of its first B737-800 9M-LNB (MSN 38728) from Boeing (BOE, Washington National) on February 19. The joint venture between Lion Air (JT, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) and National Aerospace & Defence Industries is planning to launch operations in May and will initially operate with a fleet of up to twelve B737-800s and B737-900s.
