FLC Group, parent of Bamboo Airways (QH, Hanoi Noi Bai International), has sought approval to study the expansion of Viet Nam's Qui Nhon and Pleiku airports under public-private partnership models. The approval allows FLC to prepare investment proposals but does not automatically appoint it as investor. By 2030, Pleiku is planned to handle two million passengers annually and Qui Nhon three million.
