Contour Airlines (LF, Tupelo) is launching its first fifth-freedom route, connecting Dominica Melville Hall on the island country of Dominica with Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, the company announced.
The operations will start on October 5, 2026 and feature 2x weekly round trips. The service will be operated by “30-seat regional jet aircraft”, Contour added, featuring a photograph of one of its E135s.
Contour Airlines has also introduced a “one-stop, same-plane service between San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin in San Juan and Port of Spain as well as between St. Thomas Cyril E. King in St. Thomas.”
The flights will take off from St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands every Monday, and fly via Dominica to Port of Spain. On Tuesdays, Contour will start from Port of Spain, stopping in Dominica on the way to San Juan in Puerto Rico, another US territory. On Thursdays and Fridays it will make the round trip operating from San Juan via Dominica to Port of Spain and then from Port of Spain via St. Thomas to Dominica.
