Epic Aircraft (Bend) has secured European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) type certification for the E1000 AX, a single-engine turboprop capable of carrying up to six passengers. “We're excited to bring the E1000 AX capabilities to pilots and owners throughout Europe,” said Doug King, CEO of Epic Aircraft. European sales are scheduled to begin in 2027, with Airlink (Austria) (JAR, Salzburg) appointed as the manufacturer's authorised service centre and personalised flight training and examination partner.
