My Jet (MYJ, Bucharest Baneasa) is set to begin Hawker Beechcraft operations following the induction of Romania's first Hawker 400XP. The company told ch-aviation it plans to add one to two managed aircraft each year.
The 2004-built aircraft, registered as YR-BIG (msn RK-402) on July 28, is configured for up to seven passengers. The jet is under management and will be based in Bucharest.
Previously registered in Italy as I-BIGG, the aircraft was operated by Aliserio (TJD, Turin Caselle) and remained active until May 14, when it flew between Genoa and Milan Linate, where it was based.
Aliserio continues to operate another Hawker 400XP alongside two Beechjet 400As, as well as other Bombardier Business Aircraft, Hawker, and Cessna Aircraft Company jets.
Following this induction, My Jet's active fleet comprises the Hawker 400XP, a Citation XLS+, a Vision Jet G2, a Vision Jet G2+ added in early 2026, a Phenom 300E, a G200, and a HondaJet (APMG). A Citation Jet 1 remains parked at Belgrade Nikola Tesla since April 16, while a Citation Jet 2+ was retired in late 2025.
Looking ahead, My Jet aims to expand with one to two managed aircraft each year. “These aircraft will remain under third-party ownership, while My Jet will manage and utilise them for charter operations. This approach allows us to expand our operational capacity in a controlled and efficient way while continuing to provide the high standards of service our clients expect,” a spokesperson explained.
