Pawan Hans Helicopters (Delhi International) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NOEMI Aerospace to explore the use of electric seaplanes in India. The companies will cooperate on feasibility studies, technical knowledge sharing, workshops, and skills and capacity building. The MoU includes no financial, procurement, investment, or exclusivity commitments. NOEMI is currently developing a nine-passenger battery-electric amphibious aircraft, with entry into commercial service targeted for 2030.
