Starlux Airlines (JX, Taipei Taoyuan) will invest TWD4.2 billion New Taiwan dollars (USD132 million) in a multipurpose building as part of its Taoyuan Aerotropolis development, which will serve as a training base for pilots, cabin crew, and other frontline personnel. The facility is expected to be completed in 2029.

Separately, Starlux Airlines reduced the final value of foundation works for its corporate headquarters campus to TWD278 million (USD8.7 million) from TWD505 million (USD15.8 million). The carrier previously outlined plans for training, headquarters, crew, logistics, and MRO facilities at the site.
