American conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway increased the number of Delta Air Lines shares it holds by 44% during the second quarter, bringing the holding to 57.3 million shares valued at about USD5.4 billion at the end of June. The position was initially valued at USD2.6 billion when acquired earlier in 2026. Berkshire Hathaway is also parent company of NetJets Aviation. Delta holds a stake in Wheels Up and is currently the company's largest shareholder.
