Nordwind Airlines (N4, Moscow Sheremetyevo) will continue operating Moscow Sheremetyevo-Pyongyang monthly at least to the end of September 2026, using A330-200s, with a revised schedule in which its aircraft no longer overnights in North Korea. The carrier has held approval to operate the route up to 2x weekly but has maintained a monthly schedule since launching it in July 2025. The route received Russian government subsidies in 2025, though no extension of the subsidy into 2026 has been confirmed. No other carriers operate flights between the two aerodromes, but Air Koryo (JS, Pyongyang) operates a 3x weekly Tu-154B service from Pyongyang to Vladivostok.
