Star Air (India) (S5, Belgaum) plans to establish a base at Bhopal during the 2026/27 winter season alongside the launch of Bhopal-Bhubaneshwar flights. Bhopal airport director Alok Tripathi said the airline had agreed to begin services at the central Indian city and described the Bhubaneswar route as nearly certain for the winter schedule. Star Air has not yet disclosed any details for the planned base.
