Alliance Airlines (QQ, Brisbane International) parent Alliance Aviation Services has completed an AUD40 million Australian dollar (USD28.5 million) capital raising after the retail investor component raised AUD636,000 (USD453,000). Retail investors subscribed for 909,226 new shares, representing a 10.6% take-up rate. The remaining 9,005,906 shares offered to retail investors were taken up by the underwriters. The retail component followed the earlier completion of the institutional investor portion of the raising.
