Suqian Jingdong Zhanrui Enterprise Management owns 90.4% of the cargo carrier, and Nantong Airport Group owns the remaining 9.6%. According to ch-aviation data, JD Logistics Airlines operates a fleet of 13 aircraft, comprising one A330-200(P2F) and twelve B737-800(BCF)s.
