Solairus Aviation (TWY, Novato) has completed the acquisition of the aircraft management and charter divisions of Clay Lacy Aviation (CLY, Van Nuys) as of October 1, 2026. The deal was expected to close in late September. More than 135 Clay Lacy aircraft management clients will be integrated into Solairus Aviation in two stages, with the first completed on October 1 and the second scheduled for November 1. Aircraft available for charter are expected to be transferred to Solairus Aviation's Part 135 certificate. The company will manage approximately 500 aircraft, around 200 of which will be available for charter.
