Shenzhen Easttop Supply Chain Management plans a CNY350 million yuan (USD52.2 million) capital increase for start-up cargo carrier Macau Skylink International Cargo Airlines (MKK, Macau International) to fund licensing, aircraft capacity, route development, and working capital. The freight operator's shareholders will contribute in proportion to their stakes, leaving ownership unchanged. Guangdong Hengqin Yuantong Cargo Airlines Holding, which holds 90%, will put in CNY315 million (USD47 million). Easttop's wholly owned Yuantong Asia Pacific Investment (Hong Kong), which holds 10%, will put in CNY35 million (USD5.2 million).
Hengqin Yuantong is 67% owned by Easttop and 33% by chairwoman and controlling shareholder Sun Weiping, who will personally fund CNY104 million (USD15.5 million) of its share. The related-party deal goes to an Easttop shareholder vote on October 15, 2026.
