Cargo Wings Express (WQ) has obtained third-country operator (TCO) authorisation from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which allows it to conduct commercial cargo operations in EASA member states, subject to additional operating permits. The Tunisian cargo start-up obtained its air operator's certificate in June 2026, when it was preparing to launch operations with two B737-300(SF) freighters. The airline said it intends to expand its international network but did not disclose specific European destinations or a launch date.
