WCC Aviation Holdings, the group behind the Philippines' WCC aeronautical and pilot training schools and niche carrier Sky Pasada (Tuguegarao), signed an agreement on October 15 to acquire a 30% stake in business charter operator PhilJets (Manila Ninoy Aquino International). The investment will expand the holding's operations to charter flights, aircraft management, and technical support, and present a pathway for WCC's trainees to acquire hands-on experience and employment opportunities.

PhilJets' fleet comprises a mix of helicopters and business jets, a Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 360 turboprop, a Citation CJ4 and Citation Latitude, and a Challenger 350 operated throughout the ASEAN region.
