Aero Contractors (N2, Lagos) has been grounded by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority until further notice as the airline currently is in the middle of a major dispute with its labor force. The NCAA has said that it would not allow Aero to resume operations until a resolution to the current strike by the majority of its employees will have been found. Aero has laid off over 600 of its staff during the strike that started on March 13 announcing it would hire other employees instead.
