InterSky (Friedrichshafen) owner Intro Aviation's Hans-Rudolf Wöhrl has revealed that he is in talks with SkyWork Airlines (Bern) about a possible cooperation to achieve synergies and reduce costs. According to statements made to Austrian Aviation Net, Intro would also be willing to discuss a possible sale of a minority or majority stake in InterSky by SkyWork but Wöhrl said Intro would not be interested in investing in SkyWork at this time. Intro Aviation is also currently in negotiations with Air France (AF, Paris CDG) about a potential acquisition of regional carrier CityJet (WX, Dublin International).
