Ethiopian Airlines (ET, Addis Ababa International) has taken delivery of its first B777-300ER, ET-APX (msn 42101), at a ceremony in Addis Ababa International. The aircraft, on lease from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), is the first of an order for four of the type. Ethiopian will deploy the aircraft on flights to Dubai International, Luanda 4 De Fevereiro and Guangzhou. The Star Alliance member is an extensive operator of the B777 family with six B777-200LRs and two B777Fs.
