Tropicair (Papua New Guinea) (Port Moresby) has temporarily suspended its operations following the recent crash of one of its four Cessna Caravans in Papua New Guinea's Gulf Province on Monday. The crash killed three out of ten occupants onboard when the pilot made a forced landing after experiencing engine trouble between Kimusi and Purari in Gulf province. Tropicair operated four Cessna 208B Caravans, three Beech (twin turboprop) Super King Air B200s and one King Air C90A on passenger and cargo charter flights.
