SeaPort Airlines (2008) (Portland International) has applied to the US Department of Transportation (DoT) for foreign traffic rights to serve the town of San Felipe International in Baja California, Mexico, beginning later this year. Should its application succeed, it would be SeaPort's first international route.

In its submission, the US domestic carrier says the flights would operate out of San Diego International on a 4x weekly basis.

At present, SeaPort operates scheduled services in in the Pacific Northwest, Mid-South, and Southwestern regions of the United States using a fleet of Cessna (single turboprop) 208 Caravans and PC-12s.
