White (WI, Lisbon) has taken delivery of its first of two new ATR42-600s, CS-TRU (cn 1011), on lease from Nordic Aviation Capital. The turboprop will be operated by White on behalf of TAP Portugal (Lisbon) under its PGA Portugalia Airlines (Lisbon) brand.
The ATR - Avions de Transport Régional (EVX, Toulouse Blagnac) machines replace two Beech 1900Ds Portugalia had previously wet-leased from White's sister carrier OMNI Aviação (OAV, Cascais).
