China Southern Airlines (CZ, Guangzhou) will offer a 3x weekly Guangzhou to San Francisco via Wuhan beginning December 16. The flight, the first direct air route linking Central China and the US West Coast, will operate on-board one of China Southern's ten B787-8s.
China Southern currently serves Los Angeles International and New York JFK in the US with a daily A380-800 service to Los Angeles and four weekly B777-300ER services to New York JFK, both operating non-stop from its Guangzhou hub.
