Hahnair (HR, Düsseldorf) Hahn Air says it has acquired a Cessna 680 Sovereign business jet to add to its two Cessna Citation CJ4s. The aircraft, which will be used to expand the German operator’s medium and long-haul coverage, which will be delivered to Hahn Air’s Düsseldorf hub later this month before beginning commercial flights in December.

“We are certain that the Sovereign is a great fit for Hahn Air’s charter business due to its exceptional performance and range and will enable us to further extend our flight network.” Daniel Rudas, General Manager and COO of Hahn Air Lines, said.

The aircraft can carry eight passengers and three crew up to 5,186 km which means non-stop charter destinations such as Canada or the United Arab Emirates are now within reach.
