NewGen Airways (Bangkok Don Mueang) will acquire four B737-800s next year airline chief executive Jarurnpong Sornprasit has told the Bangkok Times newspaper.
The aircraft will be used to replace two of the carrier's four B737-400s while adding to its current NextGen fleet which will this year grow to five. Jarurnpong said the aim is to add four B737-800s every year for the foreseeable future.
Founded in 2013, NewGen Airways serves Changsha Huanghua, Nanchang International, Guilin, Xuzhou, Hefei, Nanning, Wuxi, Ningbo, Fuzhou, and Zhangjiajie Hehua from its Bangkok Don Mueang and Krabi bases.
