Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has lifted restrictions imposed on iFly Airlines' Air Operator's Certificate (AOC).

In July the regulator placed limitations on iFly's AOC until July 15 due to its poor financial state. This was later extended until August 1 and subsequently through to October 1.

The Russian carrier has a fleet of four aircraft featuring two A330-300 and B757-200 each. It operates passenger charter flights from destinations across Russia to resort towns in the Black Sea, the Mediterranean, China, and the Gulf for and on behalf of Russian tour operator, TEZ Tour.
