Aer Southeast (Waterford) is an Irish virtual carrier set to commence operations out of the southeastern town of Waterford later next month.

Using a Saab 340, wet-leased from Slovenian regional operator Lipican Aer (LIP, Portoroz) and based out of Waterford, Aer Southeast will offer 6x weekly flights to London Luton, 3x weekly flights to Manchester, and a 3x weekly service to Birmingham, GB from July 24 onwards.

The carrier is run by SkyTruckers Ltd., a firm which claims to have "very considerable experience in regional aviation and the backing of Irish and Scandinavian investors."
