West Atlantic (United Kingdom) (NPT, Nottingham East Midlands) will be the new carrier that is currently being formed through a merger of West Air Sweden (PT/Gothenburg City), West Air Europe (WLX/Luxembourg) and Atlantic Airlines (UK) (NPT/Coventry). The merger will create one of the biggest cargo carriers in Europe that will operate 35 BAe ATPs, six Lockheed Electras, two CRJ-200s, one ATR 72-200 and one BAe 146-200.
