Wes Osowski has reacquired Servant Air (1998) (Fairbanks International) from Dynamic Group. Osowski had owned the domestic Alaskan operator until 2015 when he sold it to Dynamic Group which subsequently renamed it as Dynamic Aviation (Bridgewater, VA).

According to a US Department of Transportation (DOT) filing, under the terms of the agreement with Osowski, the carrier will revert to its original name, Servant Air. The existing certificate of public convenience and necessity to transport passengers, freight and mail in interstate air transportation will also be reissued under the name of Servant Air.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed. According to the regulatory filing, under Osowski's ownership, the airline intends to return to its original business model, operating local services including competing for Essential Air Services (EAS) contracts out of Kodiak.

Osowski is also the owner of Airlift Alaska (K2, Kodiak), another local airline focused on EAS routes, which used some ex-Servant Air aircraft and Kodiak-based personnel following its takeover by Dynamic Group.
