Sky Express (Russian Federation) (Moscow Vnukovo) has been offered for sale to the Moscow city government for 1 USD by its 75% shareholder Vitaly Vantsev but the government which controls Atlant-Soyuz Airlines (3G/Moscow Chkalovskaya) and will be a shareholder in the new state owned Rosavia (Moscow Vnukovo) has rejected the offer as “impractical”.
