Nordavia (Arkhangelsk Talagi) is the name of Aeroflot-Nord that now has also been rebranded after the recent rebranding of Aeroflot-Don back to Donavia (D9/Rostov). It will continue to operate some of its B737-500s on codeshare services in cooperation with Aeroflot (SU/Moscow Sheremetyevo). Nordavia will retire its last Tu-134s this month and has announced that it is planning to start replacing its An-24 turboprops later this year. The operating license restrictions on Nordavia have been lifted and it is now again allowed to operate international charter services with its B737-300/500 fleet. Nordavia has launched three times weekly B737-500 service from St. Petersburg to Syktyvkar on December 7.
