Aigle Azur (Paris Orly) has launched three times weekly A319-100/A321-200 service from Paris Orly to Bamako earlier this year and has also introduced a seasonal weekly A320-200 service from Lille to Tlemcen that operates between June 14 and September 6. It is also planning offer its passengers connections via Bamako to other African destinations thanks to a codeshare agreement with Air Mali (I5/Bamako). Aigle Azur has announced plans to launch a new Paris Orly-Baghdad route later this year. It has added two additional A319-100s this spring, one ex-Iberia (IB/Madrid) aircraft and a new aircraft delivered directly from Airbus.
