Fuji Dream Airlines (JH, Shizuoka) has announced it ordered two incremental E175s from Embraer (EMB, São José dos Campos Professor Urbano Ernesto Stumpf) earlier this year.

According to a statement made during the 2019 Paris Air Show at Paris Le Bourget, the order was actually placed during the first quarter of 2019 but has thus far been attributed to an undisclosed customer.

"These new aircraft will give us the ability to grow our capacity, allowing us to add more routes and frequencies, while also offering our passengers the best cabin in its category," Chairman and CEO Yohei Suzuki said.

The first aircraft is due to deliver in 2019.

The Japanese regional specialist operates an all-Embraer fleet of three E170s and ten E175s. According to the ch-aviation fleets ownership module, the carrier owns all thirteen regional jets. It deploys them on regional routes across Japan from its bases at Nagoya Komaki and Shizuoka.

Fuji Dream is one of Japan's two Embraer jet operators, the other one being J-Air (Nagoya Komaki) with a fleet of eighteen E170s and fourteen E190s.
