Air Poland (Warsaw Chopin) has been sold by Air Italy (2005) (Milan Malpensa) to Swiss investor Swiss Capital Holding on February 11. The Polish charter carrier was originally set-up as Air Italy Polska (Warsaw Chopin) and then rebranded last year. It operates two B737-800s, one aircraft on charter services on behalf of Polish tour operators and the other on behalf of Air Italy parent Meridiana fly (Olbia).
